V.P. Allen & Associates, LLC is an independent consulting practice led by Veronica P. Allen, MS, NCPM, CSL. She is an HR/EEO Consultant, Workplace Rights Advocate, Certified Mediator, professionally trained EEO Investigator, and Certified Seminar Leader with more than two decades of experience in human resources management, employee and labor relations, facilitative mediation, workplace investigations, and EEO compliance education.
She personally leads every client engagement, collaborating with a trusted network of professionals to deliver customized solutions that strengthen leadership accountability, minimize risk, and foster inclusive workplace cultures.
With more than two decades of diverse experience in human resources management, employee/labor relations, mediation, and EEO compliance training, Veronica has guided leadership teams through complex employee relations matters, impartial investigations, and policy development initiatives.
Her work is grounded in one core belief: Every employee deserves a fair and respectful workplace. She balances employer education with employee-rights advocacy, helping organizations and individuals better understand workplace responsibilities, civil-rights protections, and sound employment practices.
A dynamic and engaging speaker, Veronica has presented more than 900 public seminars nation-wide and trained over 25,000 professionals in the public and private sectors on how to unify their workforce by "putting people first and fostering workplace cultures that champion fairness, respect, integrity, and equality for all."

She holds a Master of Science in Human Relations and Business from Amberton University and Bachelor of Arts in Communications /Speech from the University of Texas at Arlington. Outside of her professional work, Veronica enjoys international travel, embracing diverse cultures, serving her community, and living a purposeful life.
